Kaleigh Clark Nelson was born and raised in Pascagoula, Mississippi. She attended Pascagoula High School, and later received her B.A. in English from Mississippi State University, with an emphases in Creative Writing. After working as a Paralegal for a large plaintiff’s firm, Kaleigh enrolled in Mississippi College School of Law. She graduated in 2018 with the honors of cum laude and returned to the Mississippi Gulf Coast to build her practice in her home community of Jackson County.
During her first two years of law school, Kaleigh focused her studies on Family Law and was sworn in to limited practice as a student advocate in the Mississippi College School of Law Adoption Clinic, where she assisted various families in the Jackson-Metro area with the adoption process, from start to finish.
